1. Order Cancellation

- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the product as per our Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation of Services
- Before Service is Rendered: You can cancel a service request before the service has been completed. Please inform us as soon as possible via email or phone to cancel the service.
- After Service is Rendered: Services that have already been completed or are in progress cannot be canceled. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please refer to our Refund Policy for assistance.
3. Non-Cancelable Items and Services
- Certain products, such as custom orders or items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, may not be eligible for cancellation. This includes water purifiers that have been installed or used.
- Services that are specially requested and executed based on customer needs are also non-cancelable once initiated.
4. How to Cancel an Order or Service
- For Product Orders: Send a cancellation request to support@sugatiaquasolution.com or call our customer support team as soon as possible.
- For Services: If you need to cancel a service appointment or request, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.
5. Cancellation Charges
- Order Cancellation: If the product has been shipped, return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.
- Service Cancellation: If you cancel a service less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
6. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your order is canceled before shipment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- If the service is canceled and a payment has been made, we will refund the amount according to the terms in our Refund Policy.
